2023 ︎︎︎ Rags and Sparkle
Rags and Sparkle documents the sounds of: a micro-rave, a wedding engagement, wood stacking, ice dyeing, “What would Ken do?”, a bog walk, the hum of an electric car charging, and fireworks exploding from a floating watermelon. We unplugged, dropped out, and fell over.
Long live the good ship Galiongee!!!! ︎

2021 ︎︎︎ Playing For Now
Playing for Now charts live shows from 2018-2019 that we intended to continue, were it not for the unfortunate occurrances that began, for us, with a cancelled performance on Friday the 13th of March, 2020. Sounds from Brooklyn, Greenfield, Lake George, Phoenixville, Soltane, and Queens.
2020 ︎︎︎ Sky Island
Faced with the first canceled show of the emerging pandemic, this Friday the 13th felt important. We had the bright idea to live stream what we might have played, this time from Angus’ studio instead of the local venue. We played three sets for a group of audience members gathered in the cloud over the course of three hours. This is (was?) the final countdown.
2018 ︎︎︎ Request Line
2017 ︎︎︎ Seven Count
2016 ︎︎︎ The Iliad at Spin Cycle
Our inaugural appearance, this was a live performance with a simultaneous low-power radio broadcast. Audience members were given hand-held radios with headphones to listen to a radio set we played a week prior, allowing them to mix their own experience of live and on-air sounds.
